High power energy saving system building and installation project

Hi I am an Electrical and Electronics technician.I came up with a design of a high power Electric energy saving system which can save a higher percentage of electricity without involving any corruption.
I am looking for funding in form of materials and tools which are going to remain in the posession of the funder and I am going to build ,install and test the system at the funder's premises.I am flexible and prepared to do the experimental project anywhere.
