STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

3 Orange Street/4 Lime Street, Sunnyside (next to Auckland Park), Johannesburg.

2 DIRECTIONS

From U J’s main campus past the SABC up to the Bunting Rd campus. Opposite the gate on Anet, left on Menton Road. First right on Frost Avenue. Second left on Orange Street. It is the second building on the left.

3 ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION

There are six units, housing either 9 or 10 students in either a single or double rooms. Each unit has an open plan kitchen and living room and there are two bathrooms with showers.

4 HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE

There will be a house keeping service 5 days of each week.

5 TERM OF THE LEASE

An lease till 31 Dec 2024 has to be signed by the student and his parents or sponsor.

6 DISCOUNTS

A discount of R1,000 will be given if the payment is made before the 1st day of the month.

7 PAYMENTS

The monthly payments after discounts are

1 Per person in a three sharing room: R2,500.

2 Per person in a two sharing room: R2,900.

3 Per person in a single room: R3,500.

4 Payments may be made up front or over 10 or 12 months.

5 It includes the cleaning fee and R100 towards water and electricity.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

The monthly payment is payable by stop order which may not be cancelled by the tenant.
