This lovey modern 11th story apartment has stunning views, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a sizable open plan kitchen/living area and a balcony + undercoving parking bay, 2 if needed. We renewed our lease last year as it is so safe for the girls and literally just down the road from Hatfield campus, however they both unexpectedly got into Onderstepoort this year and therefore are now back in Res there.
I am just looking for someone to sub-lease it from me, but will be doing it though the agent so that there are no issues. Rental is R11700 a month, water usually works out at about R750 per month and electricity at about R450. There is a generator to make sure the lifts work during load shedding and that security is not compromised.
We have had the apartment for 2 years and have no issues and will be sad to say good bye, but we have no need for it any more. Please excuse the mess, but this was taken at the beginning of last year when then girls moved in after the boys had been there for a year 🙈🤪😉
