We are very conveniently situated, clean and affordable, and suitable for holiday makers, business persons AND CONTRACT WORKERS alike.

We are close to all of Durban and Umhlanga Rocks swimming beaches and tourist attractions, and very close to several popular family restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, supermarkets and shops.

Each unit has its own private entrance, air conditioning and secure off road parking.

CONTRACTORS - We are near, with easy access, to Business Hubs like Gateway, Phoenix, Briardene and River Horse Valley.

Rates are FROM R350 per person sharing in LOW SEASON

CONTRACTORS - Rate for large groups and long stay is negotiable.
