ALTERNATOR & STARTER TEST BENCH +VSD+PRINTOUT

This 4th Generation has a powerful 2.2kw motor and up to 50A load testing (on 12V). Alternators can be tested with or without batteries. In AUT mode it tests 12V or 24V alternators
A sturdy, adjustable and tensionable bracket can securely hold even the largest automotive alternators. A standard V and multi V belt pulley allows driving of all types of alternators.
Testing RVC, DP, RLO DFM, FR, active Lamp function alternators are standard.
An adapter plug accepts connection of third party adapter boxes for computer inputs like LIN and BSS.
Older type alternators with D+,IGN,B+ and sense are also covered.
The starter test accomplishes free run test, solenoid test function, current draw and voltage drop.
Voltage and current are simultaneously displayed. 12V or 24V are manually selected. Battery power is fused and switched via quality solenoids and are only transferred to the test cables momentarily during testing.
The Variable speed option allows the speed to be controlled finely from 0 to 3000RPM.
This allows cut-in rpm t be checked. Reverse rotation is also available.
The printer option tests the alternator at 5 speed settings: measuring speed, voltage and current. The measurements are printed together with a Pass or Fail result.
This tester comes with an inbuilt New Regulator tester and rectifier tester
