voetstoots 7kva generator needs major service

voetstoots Honda Gx390 13HP 6.5kva Altenator/Generator
needs general service and a few bolts are missing that holds the Altenator/generator in place, youd think its seazed but ive taken the alternator off and theres free rotation the Bolts keep it aligned without some of them the whole generator doesnt turn, but it is not Seazed i known that for a fact, 7500 is a decent voetstoots asking price because used they go for 13thousand and new they are 13thousand, the motor alone i can sell for 4000 but no one would buy an alternator/generator without a motor

so 7500 is what im asking theres some wiggle room but this country has millions of "Cheepskate criminals"
