We are looking to recruit savvy and experienced Customer Service Associates to join their fun team on a permanent basis, or a 3 month fixed-term contract depending on personal preference.
Responding to incoming calls, outbound calls, emails, webchat and letters.
Face to face customer interaction
Resolving and recording dissatisfaction and/or complaints on first contact.
Converting new accounts and processing of legal documents.
Process cash payments
Updating changes to customer database
Assisting with opening, sorting and scanning of incoming post (when necessary)
Experience in any form of customer service is essential.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience of working in a lively and fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritise workloads, be a team player and be self-motivated.
