Business Development Officer: Johannesburg & Cape Town

My client, a leading training institution, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer/Sales Consultant.

Main Purpose
Drive sales revenue through new business development and account management of existing clients.

Requirements
- Matric
- At least 2 years new business development/sales experience
- Working knowledge of a CRM
- Target driven

Responsibilities:
1. Client Database Management CRM Maximiser
a. Develop and expand on client base
b. Detail client information per client, organisational structure, group structure into database management system (Client Master Document, Matric & CRM)
2. Client Meetings
a. Daily target of 2 meeting per day. Linked to your commission structure
b. Cold calling to achieve meeting target
c. Network meetings at least 5 per month
d. Quarterly meetings with existing clients
3. Diary Management
4. Sales Reporting
5. Targets (meet monthly targets / complete quarterly KPA target reviews
6. Client Reporting

Salary on offer: R20 000 plus commission.
