Company based in Kempton Park, seeking a Customer Service Clerk.
Must have ACCPAC experience, be computer literate in Excel, Word, Outlook ETC.
Experience in a customer service environment, together with possessing sales skills will be a requirement. Good communication skills, telephonic and written.
Duties and responsibilities:
Providing a high level of customer care as the primary point of contact in matters relating to the day-to-day operation of the Customer Services Centre. Invoicing, Stock checks, credit requests, booking transporters, stock transfers, communicating with clients with regards to orders. ETC
Handling customer service requests and inquiries, in a courteous, timely, and professional manner, working flexibly and in effective conjunction with the relevant support service staff.Able to work tight deadlines, managing, and prioritizing time effectively.
