Bookkeeper

Quikbooks experience essential (not negotiable)

Qualification:
· Relevant Degree and/or Diploma
· Minimum experience 3 years in current role
· Worked in a Financial corporate environment for more than 5 years

Experience, knowledge required

Financial experience required:
o Preparation of cash flow forecast
o Cost Management – stock take counts and stock queries
o Reconciliation of cashbook
o Monthly debtors allocation
o Debtors collection
o Processing of deposits, credit card transactions, bank charges, debtors and creditors
o Coordination of credit card transactions
o Organisational and project budget administration
o Drafting annual budgets
o Reimbursements and refunds
o Reconciliation of clearing accounts
Overseas ordering
Forex clearing and payments

Technical skills:

o Problem solving
o Identifying critical issues with ease
o Creative thinking
Leadership skills
Good time keeping
Non smoker

Pay Scale
R 144k–240k per anum negotiable
