Duties & Responsibilities
The role involves:
Develop, communicate and embed outbound logistics policies, best practices and standards in support of building in-country transport and logistics capability, skills and expertise
Collaborate with in-country commercial and logistics teams to develop the route to consumer processes for domestic market development, and analyse, evaluate and optimise different routes in terms of lowest cost and best service
Support the respective in-country logistics strategy implementations.

Desired Experience & Qualification
A relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
7-10 years relevant management experience in transport logistics/warehousing/supply chain within an FMCG environment, with experience in African markets an advantage.
Knowledge and hands on experience in route to market strategies and implementation
Transportation tender and supplier performance management experience.
Experience in network strategy and optimization projects and tools an advantage.
At least 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on operational management role, with proven achievement in implementation of best-in-class practices. email@example.com email...
