Matric + related qual (preferably)
Min 2+ years in F&B / restaurant experience
Supervisory experience would be beneficial
Stock management would be highly beneficial
Restaurant service supervision
Stock management including
Ordering, and vendor communication
Ad hoc reception or admin relieve duties
ensure that guests are met, greeted and allocated tables courteously.
ensure that the service of food and drinks is professional.
confirm that tables are correctly set and that table appointments are impeccable.
make sure that all stations have their correct mise-en-place.
confirm that table allocation procedures are strictly adhered to and that preferences of regular customers are respected.
be readily available at all times to deal with problems or complaints.
