Technician

Required skills:
• Exceptional with attention to detail
• Well organised and able to multi-task
• Excellent wiring, soldering and assembly skills
• Good knowledge of electronic components
• IPC certification in wiring and soldering (advantageous)
• Drawing skills
• Programming skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office

Key responsibilities (not totally inclusive):
• Ability to interpret PCB schematics and wiring diagrams
• Assembly and testing of PCB’s and looms in accordance with IPC standards
• Fault finding
• Assist with purchasing of electronic components.
• Maintain and improve documentation and processes
• Stock / store control and assist with regular stock takes (MRP system)
• Ad hoc duties/projects as and when required
