We are a fast moving E-commerce company looking for energetic and driven individuals who have a passion for service.
We are based in Durban central and are looking for 2 x Customer Services Agents to man our parcel collection counter over the festive season. The anticipated increase in customers who will use digital platforms has necessitated this part-time role in the team.
Main responsibilities will be to:
- deliver parcels to customers
- work with the warehouse team to pack and store parcels intended for collection
- handle parcel returns
- manage customer complaints and queries
Other activities will be to support the warehouse and monitoring teams as and when required.
This role will also require shift work over evenings and weekends for added customer convenience.
- 2-3 years experience in a client facing role
- retail experience
- knowledge of warehouse systems and processes (is desired)
- knowledge of web based tools
- ability to compile and spreadsheets
- ability to work under pressure
- conflict management
- strong client orientation
- excellent communicator
- high energy levels
