As you know by now, Secure Trade enables buyers and sellers to transact safely on Junk Mail.
In order to ensure the safety of all parties using Secure Trade on Junk Mail, Truzo (the third-party escrow service provider) needs to have certain information about you and verify that information to ensure that it is correct.
You can log in to your Junk Mail account, followed by your Truzo account, and manage your Personal Details, Address Details, Employment Details (for individuals), and Bank Account Details from your account.

You can also manage your notification settings on your profile.
You can also change your Secure Trade password.
Please note the following:
- When updating your profile, it automatically goes through a verification process again. You’ll see an orange icon next to the section where you’ve updated your details. This icon means that the verification is still pending. The icon will change once your details have been successfully verified.
- If Truzo needs specific documentation from you, like your ID or proof of address, you will be able to load those items under the applicable section on your profile.
- If you are not verified, you cannot set up, fund or view Secure Trade transactions, or withdraw any money from your Truzo Wallet.
Truzo, Junk Mail’s third-party escrow service provider, needs your details to be filled in, in order for them to verify that you are who you say you are. This way, they can ensure the safety of users transacting through Truzo.
