When a seller places a Secure Trade enabled advert on Junk Mail, these adverts get a special Secure Trade badge, which makes it easy to recognise them.
How Secure Trade adverts display on Junk Mail:
When browsing through the Junk Mail search result pages, you’ll see the Secure Trade badge on the listings that have Secure Trade enabled.
When visiting an advert’s details page, you’ll see the Secure Trade badges above the advert description, at the top of the contact form, as well as a block in the contact form where you can tick if you are willing to purchase the product through Secure Trade.
Please note:
It is up to the seller if they want to enable or disable Secure Trade on their adverts. If Secure Trade is no longer available for an advert, it was changed by the seller or the advert does not conform to the Secure Trade rules and policies.
How to enquire about a Secure Trade advert:
You can enquire about a Secure Trade advert in one of the following ways:
- Contact Form:
You can use the contact form to send an email enquiry to the seller by submitting your name, phone number, email address, and payment method. Please note that the payment method does not mean you are required to make a purchase through Secure Trade, it just makes the process easier for the seller if you do decide to transact. - Call:
You can contact the seller by dialling the number at the top of the contact form, or the number that appears on your dialling pad on mobile if you click on the call button. - WhatsApp:
You can send the seller a WhatsApp by entering your number in the WhatsApp contact block above the Contact Us form. Please note that not all adverts have WhatsApp enabled, as this gets enabled at the discretion of the seller.
Please Note:
Selecting a payment method on the Contact Us form after you’ve ticked ‘Willing to transact through Secure Trade’ does not mean you are required to make a purchase. It’s only there to make it easier for the seller to set up a transaction. Secure Trade can be enabled and disabled at the seller’s discretion. If the advert does not align with the Secure Trade policies and rules, Secure Trade will be disabled on the advert by our system. There are transaction fees applicable to Secure Trade adverts. You will be able to view the fees table once you’ve selected ‘Willing to transact through Secure Trade’.
