Greater functionality, greater safety

This controller was specially developed for the i.Comp compressor and has a wide range of functions. The following operating modes are available:

1. Machine OFF
- Machine connected to power
- Not switched on

2. Automatic pressure control
- On-load: Machine ON, compressor operating and producing compressed air - Idle: Machine ON, compressor operating at 1500 rpm, with air vented via solenoid valve
- Stopped: Machine ON and compressor is stopped because shutdown pressure is reached. Compressor is automatically vented and condensate is discharged

3. Service functions
- Manual condensate drainage
- Flow volume control / tank leakage check
- Start-up pressure via safety valve

Other functions include pressure setting using the UP and DOWN keys, automatic condensate drainage, switching between pressure units, display brightness, and maintenance and fault indicators.

Minimal service costs

Since the i.Comp 3 compressor uses an oil-free compression system, maintenance requirement is kept to an absolute minimum. There is no need to check or top up the oil level, or to perform an annual oil change. In addition, no oil can find its way into the compressed air, which means that there is no oil-contaminated condensate to deal with. This keeps service costs for the i.Comp 3 exceptionally low.
