UltraLAN Micro UPS Gigabit (DC-to-DC 45W) with PoE Output


The UltraLAN MUPS45W8.8AHG is a compact DC-to-DC micro UPS with PoE and DC output options, ideal for providing backup power to cameras, routers and other 12V devices. The UltraLAN MUPS45W8.8AH model offers passive PoE output additionally, ideal to keep your Wireless CPE or Router (such as MikroTik or Ubiquiti products) going during a power outage. Simply run an Ethernet cable directly from the Micro UPS to your CPE/Router to power it up.





Gigabit Ethernet Ports
This particular model is outfitted with RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports (1x LAN and 1x PoE RJ45 port) to insure that no bottleneck in speed is caused when using the RJ45 ports on the Micro UPS.

You can now use PoE on the Micro UPS to power Gigabit devices such as the Ubiquiti UniFi AP's or the MikroTik cAP devices, and still have full Gigabit wired connectivity.

The UltraLAN Micro UPS devices do not suffer from major efficiency loss unlike traditional UPS's, which converts power from 12V batteries to 220V AC output. Instead, the UltraLAN Micro UPS series provides DC-to-DC power output with much higher efficiency, resulting in longer run times, A typical home network configuration of one Wi-Fi router and one Fibre optic router can be powered for as long as 8 hours.


The UltraLAN Micro UPS remains in-line between your device and the power source regulating the incoming power to prevent damage to your sensitive electronic equipment. In the event of a power outage or load shedding switchover to the Micro UPS backup power is automatic and instantaneous.


Multiple PoE Output Options, now with 48V
The Micro UPS offers various voltages on it's PoE output port to power any of your devices. A selectable toggle can switch between 15V, 24V, or 48V. The newly included 48V PoE option can be used to power a VoIP phone, an IP camera, a Ubiquiti UniFi access point, a MikroTik cAP access point, or other 48V compatible devices.
