A replacement turbo actuator for vehicles based on the 2.0 FSi engine. This actuator uses a piston design for maximum longevity in comparison to the OEM units. Using a range of available springs this actuator can be tuned to suit your requirements. It comes with an extra spring to be fitted according to need.

This is suitable for the OEM KKK KO4 Turbocharger as found in:
Audi S3, TT-S, Golf Edition 30, Golf R, Scirocco R and also upgraded KO3 Turbos.

This product is built with a predetermined actuator spring suitable for at, or slightly above factory boost levels. The actuator can be assembled with a stiffer spring supplied with the purchased item.

It is designed and built with the intention of increasing the boost output of a turbocharged system. It is ideal for vehicles optimised for performance e.g. with Stage 2 or Stage 3 software.
